There were real people to meet and greet. I was allowed to check in early and leave my bag until lunchtime.
The coffee in the hall was a nice touch.
The room was quiet and very clean.
Can’t think of anything. I felt comfortable enough to stay there all evening.

no breakfast but nice coffee station
nothing, it was advertised well

Good location
Beds are not comfortable and there is a lot of noise from neighbours in surrounding apartments at various hours of the night and just general noise like generators starting and stopping etc which can be quite disruptive

Location was good.
Customer service could do with improving. I couldn’t check in on my original day due to flight cancellation, & understood that I wouldn’t get a refund on that evening, no problems. However- despite paying for that previous evening, I was unable to check in until 3pm the following day. There was nobody at the hotel front desk any time I was there (until I was checking out, when I felt like I was being pushed out the door), which made me feel unsafe, particularly at night. The elevator is also very temperamental, which was frustrating.
