Excellent host, super friendly, incredibly helpful and very responsive. Every question we had was answered quickly and they went out of their way to help with everything we needed. All in all, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would strongly recommend them without hesitation!
Honestly, there is nothing negative to report. Everything was great from start to finish. I really can’t complain about anything at all!

We loved this apartment and would definitely come back. Very spacious apartment, nicely designed/chosen furnishings. Good condition, very clean. Lots of storage.
Quiet at night, just a few joggers on the promenade making use of the cooler air! Really perfect location with huge balcony (we had a 2 bedroom with sofa bed in living room), lovely view. The entrance is on quiet side street with own stairs up to flat, so very private. Endless km of beach with many Beach cafes, a promenade for km. lots of joggers and walkers, windsurfing and kite surfing schools. Good small-ish supermarket only a five minute walk.
Lovely neighbourhood the other side of the road up to the main town, really green, lots trees and foliage. Casteldefels main town is cute, worth a walk - nice big shopping centre too with a Mercadona supermarket, health food shop and lots of clothes shops - it's bit of a walk though (maybe 30-40 mins), so taxi or bike is an option. We rented good bikes near the beach train station for 15 euros a half day and you can also rent by the hour
Cleaners came in with fresh linen and towels x3 a week - fab!
We were also provided with a beach towel each for the week : )
Very comfy beds and pillows. Sofa bed fold out with large and comfy mattress
Good shower pressure and lovely bathroom
Mariano was a lovely chap who greeted us at the sister hotel next to the apartments, gave us a tour and introduction to our apartment. He was super good humoured and friendly - and responded to any messages really fast during our stay. They seem very organised with key cards to get in and activate lights/sockets/ air con.

There were very few problems, we loved this place but this was an issue: The air conditioning system only works if the terrace door is locked from the inside with the handle - this causes it's own problems as you can't shut terrace door from terrace side and air con only comes on (manually) if terrace door is locked - so if one person is inside and wants air con, they have to lock people on terrace out there!! In the end we gave up on air con in the day and put a shoe to prop open front door when in, to get a breeze through apartment with terrace door open!
Creaking from the floors of the upstairs flat a lot - but it didn't disturb sleep for any of us, just a bit annoying sometimes when you're awake and relaxing - I just put music on and was ok
Fairly loud buzzing from fuse box and fridge in living room - don't put your lightest sleeper on sofa bed! Our person slept fine, just put documentary on his iPad as he usually does at night to drop off to, which drowned it out!
Notes for host to fix/consider:
- Largest bedroom door doesn't close properly
- Balcony door issue mentioned above
- Door handle corridor to bathroom springs needs replacing as hard to open and close without being noisy, which is tricky at night with someone asleep on sofa bed and no door on living room
- Kitchen: all great except more large mugs needed - there are just two! Rest of mugs are tiny. I will bring my own mug next time, ha ha! No spatula for frying pan, had to use large spoon to scoop fried eggs
