My second time staying here and it is just as wonderful as the last time. Such lovely owners and the beautifully detailed decorations up to the last little corners of the rooms and gardens are so serene. I would never book anywhere else when in Chiang Mai, because it can't get any better.

Lovely lovely really great little Lanna style hotel with little bungalow style rooms around a pool , the decor was beautiful and breakfast decent
This is only conjecture but I think it would seem crowded in busy periods , we came out of season so it was wonderful

Well situated, half way from airport and city center. A heaven of peace, charming place, very nice pool, super clean room, awesome breakfast & super nice staff!
I would have given 10/10 without water leak from the ceiling of the toilette.
