The room is well placed with transport in walking distance and the room was clean and fresh! Very friendly staff.
The courtyard next to the window can be noisy. There is no cupboard and ideal for light travellers.

It was only a short taxi ride from where I was working
Nothing I can think of.

Location in a nice neighborhood, not too far from the city center. The room was spacious and conformtable.
You need to use some short but step stairway, so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Just an important factor if you have knee or other similar issues.
If you arrive by public transportation, you need to walk around 7 minutes to get there.

My biggest sympathy was the price. Best offer for my travel dates. Also the location itself. Easy to get to from the nearest train station. Also, the fact that my room was located in the inner yard and therefore was isolated from the street sounds. Bathroom design is also nice, however, as the whole room itself needs a bit more of (owner's) love.
The room in general could use a little bit more love. Wall decoration was partially damaged, electric thermostat didn't work even after I plugged it into a power socket. The controls showed no signs of life. A chair is missing a part of the cover on the back, window's frame is dirty and a coffee machine produced only some dark pieces of something (probably dried stain) after I tried to make some coffee at the morning of check out. A rh, and else the regular heater started to work only in the morning and I felt cold to the point I could not sleep also under two blankets.
Btw, in case someone wonder, the bed was clean. Even though blankets were not ironed.
