The hotel staff was incredibly kind and supportive. They helped with everything and were always very friendly and polite.
The electricity is not the strongest if you use European electronic, but that might be also due to the weather conditions as it was heavy raining during the stay.

The stay was very pleasant and beautiful. Rooms were very spacious and location was beautiful. Faculties were very helpful in guiding us with what we need.
Food could have been a lot better. Both beakfast and other food was below average. There is a lot if improvement that can be done for food.

Restaurant was not properly managed especially dinner
Breakfast options were less. Food quality is optimal only
Dining experience could have been made better. Small square cushions needs to be washed. It was smelly.
