The park had a lot to offer

We chose to stay here largely because of the waterslides and the range of activities available, both onsite and nearby. I hadn’t realised there were height restrictions on some of the slides, which was disappointing for the kids, although I completely understand the safety reasons behind them. On our first day, the waterslide water was absolutely freezing! The kids could only manage a few slides before rushing back to the heated spa to warm up. It would be great if the water temperature could be better managed, particularly on cooler days. The slide was closed for a day or so and the water seemed to be slighter warmer, not 28 like advertised The onsite food was also fairly average and could definitely be improved. The pizzas, in particular, have the potential to be really good, but the frozen-style bases let them down. Ours was soggy in the middle, which suggests the cooking process could use some attention. With better-quality bases and some improvements in preparation and cooking, the pizzas could be a much better offering, meaning more money to be made I had high expectations which is why I might also be a bit let down after our stay plus it also rained and was around 22-24 most days - a bit cold and wet!

The dog park was outstanding.The grandkids had a great time.The food from the cafe was of a high standed.

There was a lot of rules in the pool area but no one to inforce them.

Great location and park full of fun for children. Staff were friendly and did a mid week sheet change when I requested it.

Motel parking was a nightmare. Our car park spot always had other cars in it. Our room got the beds made and fresh towels every day. No tea or coffee stock put in the whole week we stayed. Had to ask for plates and utensils so we could have toast. The floor was not vacuumed for the whole week and we only had a dust pan and broom to sweep the floor.
