As the owner of a B&B, it was nice to have someone serving me breakfast for a change.
I didn't realise that the breakfast was continental when I booked, as I would've booked elsewhere.

Room was good although small mirror light didn’t work.
Restaurant and its staff were exceptional

Location is ideal for Scunthorpe centre but not if you want a view, however the rooms and the food make up for that. The breakfast is tremendous and from experience the food in general is something very special.
To be critical the entrance controls both on leaving and entering after reception closed. They aren't totally obvious.

Lovely room
Paid £130 for 2 people, only 1 bath towel and 1 bath robe. Hardly any toilet roll, had to go out and buy more. Was an adjoining door onto another room that was locked don’t get me wrong, but you could hear them talking and shouting. Not what I wanted for a night of piece. Also the hotel pre authorised £100 on your card in case you go to the restaurant, in my case I didn’t use the restaurant but took over 7 days for it to be put back on my card! Will not stay here again
