Unbelievable location, beautiful view, access to the beach meters from your room! Lots of parking. The staff were amazing, couldn’t ask for more.

First and foremost the staff was incredible. Super helpful, friendly and accommodating. You can't beat the location and view (frankly this is what I felt we were paying for here) as we were literally on the beach. If you plan to stay here, expect it to feel like a pricey surf hostel.
The building/rooms of this property could use a little TLC. Linens were thin, old, bleach stained. Patio out front could have been swept or cleaned prior to arrival. We live close to the ocean, so get it that that wears on materials, but for the price I had hoped it would be kept up a bit better. Would not want to be here during the busy season.

Fantastic location right across the street from the beach with expansive ocean views. The accommodations were basic but clean and had everything we needed. Our room was on the ground floor but was up off street level so felt very private. The staff was extremely friendly and were quick to respond to anything we needed. Breakfast was fresh, generous and delivered to our room each day.
The front porch was a little small. We traveled with another couple who stayed next door so we did not mind being so close to them but would not have been so great with strangers.

The location and the views are exceptional.
The staff is friendly.
The shower and the wi-fi are above the expectations for a surf guesthouse.
The room we got was very tiny. The kitchen, microwave, etc. are in a small common area, not in the room. The terrace is not private, but shared with other guests. The description in booking is not accurate.
Parking is very difficult in the high summer season.
The value for the money we paid was low, and justified only by the location.
