I had a really lovely stay at wellbeing resort. The environment is tranquil and it’s great for relaxing. There’s absolutely no noise, no loud music, and everyone seems to stick to the quiet policy. The pools are never too crowded, with most of the time only having one or two people there.
It was overall very clean however I think it could benefit from having the hairdryers in a disposable bag rather than a reusable one, as I found the reusable bag to be quite dirty with some stains on it.
The spa facility is amazing. And the ladies working there are very talented.
The gym is great, and the idea of getting a free pass for a group class is so lovely. It encourages you to get a bit active on vacation while also having a bit of fun.
The cafe and restaurant are lovely however I will say the prices are a bit steep. The food is quite expensive! The spa was also quite expensive but it is expected for a hotel. It was worth the price for the spa facilities.
The location is a bit awkward as it’s on a steep up hill in a local area, the nearest 711 is about a 13 minute walk down the road, and there isn’t much convenient shops in the area.
However in saying that we found going to tours/ activities was very accessible from the hotel and often a short drive if you choose the right areas !

The breakfast was fantastic and the gym and classes were great.
The location isn't great if you're looking to go out and do tourist activities, but it is very close to rawai beach.

The place is a paradise for those who take their health and fitness seriously. Love the fitness facilities and classes available. The food is also excellent - healthy but very tasty. The pools are good for chilling. Rooms are comfortable (although not so well insulated) and service is a bit hit and miss.
The location is quite remote - there is not much around the hotel.

the spa was excellent. specially the spa staff.
the kitchen lacked some untensils.
the pool is exremely shallow, not even considered a swimming pool !
the food was very average.
i would rate the resort 4 stars only for the overall quality of apartment, furniture and amenities.
