I love the location as it is situated near 3 stations ; Akihabara JR line, Tokyo Metro and Tokyo Keio Shinjuku line for Convenience. Apart from that, the Room is quite spacious ( for single room standard), clean and It has public bath place on second floor. Amenities are also fully provided including extra pillows. For workers, There is also a 24H co-working space cafe next to the hotel!
One thing only, the elevator. It only has one elevator for this hotel. Albeit it is not a big hotel, but if you are in hurry, please make sure to check the peak hour time and avoid it. If not waiting time can get to 10 - 15 minutes.

We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and it sits right beside a river, which makes for a lovely view and a relaxing walk. It’s a short walk from the nearest train station, so keep that in mind if you’re carrying heavy luggage. One of our favorite surprises was the friendly cat robot that greets you, which was such a fun and welcoming touch. My friend and I are both female travelers, and we felt very safe throughout our stay, including when coming back in the evening. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would happily stay here again!
Nothing particular just it is one elevator entry and exit so you have the waiting line. NOTE: If you have heavy luggage, will be challenging walking from the closest train station.

I liked the reception staff, they were very helpful, there was this female staff member in particular who helped me with arranging to have my luggage sent to the airport which I appreciated alot, I unfortunately do not know her name or else I would've mentioned her by name.
I like that there was Youtube on the tv,but there was nothing else that I could see, I would've liked some live channels

"I think this hotel had the most friendly and professional staff from my entire trip (5 hotels) - especially Wada-san at the reception, full of positive energy and talkative with great English.
Comfort..."
