PROBLEMATIC

Nothing

The stay was terrible!!! We found BED BUGS, the apartment was dirty when we arrived and the bed sheets were there from previous clients, and they sent no one to clean!!! We had to make our own beds as 2am with sheets we found hidden. NOT EVEN BOOKING.COM HELPED WITH THIS. DONT BOOK WITH THEM. TERRIBLE HYGENE even the trash cans in the bathroom didn’t have a plastic bag. They took so long to reply and only my replied when convenient (we stayed locked outside of the apartment during the night because they don’t explain information well). The message of the check-in has wrong information and gives you the wrong address and if it’s during the night they don’t care to help or clarify with anything!!!Terrible conditions for the price we payed. I worked for booking.com before and I can say this is the typical case where they just want your money and not to make you feel welcome.

Good location. Very negligent hosts. I do not recommend them.

Very god location. Quiet building.

Very poor communication from hosts. Difficulty accessing building initially. Phone calls and emails unanswered. No electricity in apartment for last 18 hours of stay. Had to remain in darkness with no power. Phone calls and emails to hosts went unanswered - even after I left. Extremely poor attention to guests needs - this was an emergency and no response was forthcoming. I definitely would not recommend this apartment or any managed by this company.

9 / 10

I will highly recommend this place.

Location

Bathroom area small, tight.

Location is great but because of the poor bed quality, I would not stay here again.

The location is great. The apartment is basic but besides the bed, it is equipped sufficient for two persons. Management was quick in resolving the broken bed frame and the sewer smell.

Upon arrival the bedframe was broken and the entire apartment was filled with the smell of sewer. those issues got solved fast after we mentioned them but the mattress of the bed still was very uncomfortable and not guest worthy.
