Good desk during business hours.
Terrible desk outside of business hours. After 11 pm check in they put a neanderthal security guy at the desk who has the power to open the door to let you in. I waited at the door and was only able to get in because people were exiting. When I came in and made a comment he lectured me in Italian that this was Italy and I should should speak Italian.
