We loved the location of the apartment. Everything was walkable with the central piazza only 5 minutes away on foot. Check in was hassle free. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast spread was adequate but at least everything tasted fresh.
Although a fairly quiet little corner of the town during the day, the neighbourhood transforms into a loud and boisterous place due to one single bar downstairs. We had the misfortune of staying here on a Friday night and the noise kept us up well into the night.

The structure and the bedroom were very nice.
When we arrived, the code required at the building entrance was wrong or the system wasn’t working properly

Position. My room was large. No noise.
Breakfast was poorly organized, with limited chioce. One morning the only bottle of in the refrigerator milk was expired.

Impeccable Cleanliness: The room was spotless. The cleaning ladies do a fantastic job and they are the real asset of this place.
The Shower: Modern, spacious, and very functional.
Location: Very central, just 300 meters from Piazza Sant’Oronzo
Rude Management: Upon arrival, the property was wide open and completely unattended. When I called to report this, the owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Zero Comfort: The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were uncomfortable. For the price paid, at least a couple of extra pillows should be provided.
Noise Issues: The soundproofing is terrible. I stayed in the "Fico" room and could hear the neighbors' shower as if it were in my own room. Being so central, the street noise is also constant. I barely slept for two nights.
Complicated Access: Having to enter three different codes (main gate, entrance, and room) is a nightmare. It’s frustratingly slow and difficult to manage if you are tired or coming back after a night out.
Overpriced Transport: Don't trust the taxi service recommended by the owner. They charged me €5 more than the official Lecce taxi rates.

"Location was quite nice.
Breakfast very good, a lot of options totally suggest.
Room, beds, private toilet, towels, sheets, hairdryer, balcony etc. were all in good shape.
Overall experience says ..."
