Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

Food was excellent Pool was great for the kids The cabana was nice but expensive considering it’s an all inclusive resort

The Concierge Service They never did a tour of the resort I had to ask for the bag and water bottle The room had a trundle bed and no other seating so I had to sit on the bed I never got invites that they listed no information on the resort in the bedroom The daily amenities were awful :- One day a sliced apple dipped in chocolate and hundreds and thousand One day a doughnut I had booked this room solely for myself large king bed But having the trundle bed all made up,as a bed was not good as I had no where to sit

We enjoyed the tropical atmosphere, beautiful resort grounds, pools, and opportunities to relax throughout our stay. The all-inclusive experience offered a variety of dining options and activities, and we especially appreciated the excursions, couples massage, and romantic oceanfront dinner. Although our first-night relocation was unexpected, staying at Serenity at Coconut Bay was a wonderful experience in its own right. The more intimate, upscale atmosphere, beautiful accommodations, added privacy, and overall sense of exclusivity made it feel like a luxurious retreat. It was a memorable experience and a lovely contrast to the livelier atmosphere at Coconut Bay. Overall, we made some wonderful memories and appreciated the opportunity to experience both properties during our vacation.

Our biggest disappointment was the arrival experience. Despite having a confirmed seven-night reservation, our room at Coconut Bay was not available on our scheduled arrival date, and we were relocated to Serenity for the first night. Although Serenity was a lovely property, the change was unexpected and disrupted the start of our vacation. We also had difficulty with the complimentary airport transfer upon arrival and had to arrange transportation ourselves. While the resort acknowledged the inconvenience and provided a resort credit to accommodate, we would have appreciated better communication and coordination before arriving from not just the Resort, but also Booking.com travel representative given the closure of the Coconut Bay property on arrival. For a vacation booked in advance, with confirmed reservations, we expected a smoother check-in experience.

It was clean, amenities always topped up, proper signs and directions

The food was excellent. The grounds were nice and well kept. The staff was great and friendly.

The bed were hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows were even worse. Flat and lumpy like they had been used the past 20 years. The sheets were old and pilly. There was 1 plug in the entire room. The beach was not kept and full of seaweed. No activities or anything on the beach. Not enough staff, had to go to the bar everytime to order a drink instead of having servers around taking orders. The sliding door in our room didn’t close all the way and bugs got in so we ended up with many bug bites.
