Very comfy apartments with enough space and everything needed, and more - from Netflix supporting TV, to wine glasses, ice cubes form in the fridge and drying rack. Great views and nice location near to windmills and far away from the busy Bodrum center for a calmer stay. Staff is helpful. Views from around windmills at sunset are amazing
There are different layouts for the same type of flats, so this can be a bit random and some insignificant wear & tear (kettle and washing machine), which doesn’t affect the stay at all

Comfortable, clean accommodation with great views of Gumbet harbour and surrounding countryside. It’s away from the hustle of Bodrum town. 15 minutes walk downhill to Gumbet beach or to Bodrum Marina and town.
Location would perhaps not suit everyone as it is at top of a steep hill. Walking down was ok for us (we are seniors) and walking up from Gumbet beach was achievable (although mid summer may be another matter). We did not attempt the walk up from Bodrum town as steeper. However the 2-57 dolmus runs about every 15 minutes and is good value. No problems at all with the actual property.

It is well placed, just outside the busy town centre, but still a steep climb. We walked once, but the rest of the time used our car. The place is spacious and relaxing.
The place was extremely dusty and needed a good clean. A lot of ants as well.
