A nice guest house not far from both train stations. Optional breakfast, kitchen with large table and living room, free towel, laundry and drying, and even shoes dryer.
The three people at the reception are nice.
It's rather calm at night though on the main road. Also, lights automatically turning off at 10, which I liked. Bathrooms ok, beds ok.
In the mixed dorm, the sliding windows make noise when the door is opened.

Very calm and relaxing place. Beautiful traditional house, clean and staff super friendly.
Nothing to do with the place, but like in any dormitory you can have people snoring, and it was hard to get a proper rest for me. The guesthouse gives great earplugs though, so thank you for that !

I loved everything about this place, it was my first accomodation on my first Japan trip and the first ever guesthouse I’ve ever stayed in, I really think it couldn’t have been better. The location is amazing and I fell in love with Nara city on my stay here.
Everything was perfect
