A very beautiful place with great people with an Awesome Customer Service
- Everything is closer if you know how to do your way Around (Restaurants, Shops, Transportation, Etc)
- Friendly Staff and Knowledgeable (Juliana and Maria did a great Job)
- Breakfast basic but Good
- I did loved how the bathrooms are positioned strategically through the Place
Note: Everything is awesome at the Hostel just be aware of your surroundings specially late at Night while Outside and dont be a Picky Tourist because the staff is doing the best they can at all times :)
- Just a small issue with not getting Hot Water but to me is no big deal

Hostal Juana de Arco is located just by Santo Domingo Square near the center of Quito. The rooms all apparently have a private bathroom, and mine was also large with a comfortable bed, private bathroom, and a lovely view over the square. There is also a nice and good-sized kitchen with several dining tables, so you can bring some food, cook, and eat there.
The room overlooking the square can be a bit noisy with the trollybus traffic, (Trolebus) but it calms down at night, and it is certainly worth any small disadvantage to have the wonderful view over the square and the 5 minute access to the Santo Domingo Cathedral.

I always enjoy being here because of its location. It's a great place to come and relax. Good price too.

the bed was very comfortable and my room was big and spacious with a nice window view. you could also open the window and get fresh air.
There was visible mold all over the wall on one side of my room. there was a shower in the bathroom connected to the room, and the bathroom shared a ceiling with the rest of the room, which is presumably why. That being said the air felt fine to breathe all in all, but yes, tons of mold on the wall.
