Lovely location on the water. Cute beach Front bistro where the breakfast is served, also open for dinner and cocktails.
Everything at the property was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. There is a small pool, however, it is in the shade. My only issue with this stay was that in my opinion, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers compared to other places I stayed. Beyond the rooms and the beach and the bistro there is very little else, for instance, the check-in area is what may be a converted storage container.

The bed was very comfortable. Mimis the bar and restaurant is a handy addition.

Garden view but very closed in.
Room was on the main walkway so we had constant noise.
35 minutes walk to centre we love walking but some of this was on the road so not safe at evenings.

Tara’s lodge was the perfect place to stay. Right on a gorgeous pebble beach with a beautiful view, and a short taxi ride to old town and lumbarda. The staff were all so kind and helpful, and the included breakfast and service at Mimi’s were exceptional.

The location is great. Mind you the view in the pictures is the best view they have so keep you expectations in check unless you’re paying for the best room. People at the hotel were great. Food was ok, a bit over priced but I get it close by. We liked some restaurants nearby slightly better.
They have an insect issue in spots. Not a huge deal, but if you’re expected 4/5 star hotel perfect this is not it. We had more than 5-10 “friends” come visit us but were laid back and didn’t care.
