Just about everything!
Elevators are extremely busy and crowded because the hotel is adjacent to several other businesses.

Loved the location of the hotel. Everything was within walking distance, and every place we wanted to shop at was in the area. Rooms were clean and spacious, and we had a view of Namsan Tower! We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel lockers before we checked in and after we checked out, which was really convenient while we continued wandering the city. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a really good location. Right by the airport limousine stop. In the heart of myeongdong and close to so many shops and restaurants. They do allow you to
Use their lockers in house for free after you check out.
The elevators to get to your room are always busy and very packed. Sometimes you had to wait for multiple elevators to pass through till you could get on. Also the air conditioning in the hotel room was horrible. It was quite warm during the day and the rook would get up to 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioning would not work. We asked the hotel to fix it and they said they did but the room remained very hot still. Also there were no outlets by the beds and only two working ones in the room, so if you need to charge many devices it was very difficult.
