We had a wonderful stay here! The property is really lovely, and what makes it truly special is the hospitality of the owners.
The river-view rooms have a beautiful view, but they are quite old, but on the other hand, the garden-view rooms are modern, spacious, all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and towels, and close to the restaurant, which overlooks the river.
There are plenty of things to do here: you can rent bicycles for 30,000 LAK, go tubing directly through the property, and even buy beers from them to take along, they provide them in a container filled with ice, which is a great touch! They also offer laundry service for just $1 per kg.
The owners are absolutely wonderful people: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. On our first evening, they kindly invited us to try some of their food while they were having dinner. It was such a lovely gesture that we decided to have dinner at the property on the following evenings too, enjoying delicious seafood dinners in their company. We paid for our meals, of course, but sharing those evenings with them made the experience even more special.
Breakfast was also very good. The eggs were perhaps a little too oily for our taste, but good with a warm baguette, and the fresh spring rolls were delicious, and the cappuccino was really good!
We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually decided to extend it by one extra night! That says it all about how comfortable and welcome we felt here.
Overall, a lovely place with a great atmosphere, plenty of activities, delicious seafood, and truly exceptional hosts. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

It is nice spot as it is not too crowded. The property is good value even though there are some improvement to be done (bathroom, lights, cleaning). Overall is good. The owners are very accommodating and helping us with any requests. It’s worth the visit. And the sunrise view on the balcony is just amazing!
