Location and clean
Stairs up in front. Inside there is an elevator. One of our companions had a bad back.

Location cannot be beaten. Immediately close to everything yet set in a quiet street away from the crowds. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Service and friendliness of all staff was super, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping.
Room 502 was a little noisy as was next to lift overrun or boiler room so could hear humming from machinery at night that could keep you awake for a while. Apart from that room was great.

Central , most of the reception staff were very pleasant, cheerful and helpful.
Steep stairs up to front door (icy). Decor rather dated. Breakfast was very limited but fine (Very Polish).
