The breakfasts were very good
The bathroom was impossible to bath or shower in without the risk of slipping and having a very bad accident; the gym had no towels, water nor air conditioning; the bedroom was very tired and needs a revamp; no free cable TV channels

breakfast was a buffet on the top floor (11) that also houses the restaurant and bar. Not a great view of rooftops but plenty of light.
Location was perfect, with 1 block off the moneda and 3 blocks from the plaza de armas, in the middle of a couple of train lines and short walk to the busses ahumada stop.
Not much not to like with the price and the location.
we ended up close to reception and other than some noisier guests in the early evening was not too noisey, just make sure you shut the window as you can hear the street walk signal.

Good breakfast on the top floor with amazing views over the city. Dated apartment with large comfortable bed. Good restaurant for lunch and dinner.

The location is excellent.
The breakfast and the staff were not as helpful and very rigid.
