Overall, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Emanuel and Justinas, who were especially kind and attentive. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste. The drinks were also very good. The entertainment team did a great job and kept guests entertained. We were also happy that there weren’t many Russian tourists. Most guests were British, Lithuanian and Polish, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed.
One of the female receptionists was quite arrogant and unprofessional. We were disappointed with her attitude and service. Another downside was the lack of a beach, meaning swimming was only possible in the pool. Some areas of the hotel were dirty and definitely did not meet 5-star hotel standards. Also, some of the cleaning staff spoke only Russian, which made communication difficult. The pedestrian crossing was quite far from the hotel entrance, making it inconvenient to get to the bus stop. The massage prices were extremely high, so we decided not to try them.

Not clean. Old facilities. Not very good food. Numerous safety concerns. Not the best service (slow and sometimes not responsive).
