Great central location, staff were very friendly and helpful. The early check in was really appreciated too!

Central location
The aircon wasn’t working the best. There are water issues in the bathroom and the fridge did not cool.

Location.
On arrival, no luggage ramp, just steps.
Despite being elderly, we were assigned a room in an exterior building which involved a long walk with luggage to a room at the very end of a corridor. (No assistance offered). The room was comfortable but really badly designed. TV very small mounted on a wall a long way from the bed. (Binoculars ). Bathroom fine.
When checking in were advised Dining Room booked for private function that evening. The very reason we booked ! (Maybe a text would have been polite as this meant we needed to leave the hotel and take taxis to find alternative restaurant for dinner).
