Nature around looks nice.
- Rooms are large enough.
- Rooms are clean
- Breakfast is good
First of all: Always check through their website as there is a huge price gap between booking from Booking.com and their website. Additionally there is a 5€ fee per night if you book it from Booking.com.
- There is a 5min walking distance from Hotel to Pool. This is really annoying for a family resort as you have to change children all the time and have to carry all the clothes from Hotel to Pool.
- The staff at the pool is rude. They don't have training on how to deal with guests
- The facilities at the changing rooms are old and mostly broken.
- The indoor pool is not big enough to accommodate too many guests. Similarly toilets/showers and every other facility at the pool is not built to accommodate all guests. You can barely find a place to sit
- The indoor playground area is ok, but most of the facilities do not work. Also ~20% of the area is covered with toys that you need to pay 1€ for
- No lights on the road to the pool. We usually used flashlights on our way back from pool to Hotel
All in all:
This is definitely not a usual resort. Not a 4 atar at all.
More of a 2 star Hotel with some nearby pool facilities
