Staff were friendly and accessible. Loved the texting option. Fairly short walking distance to sightseeing and dining options. Free parking nearby (but limited). Smart hub installed in room. Checkin staff provided a map and highlighted sightseeing locations.
Busy street outside our window. Crossing it was challenging due to car travel speeds. Pedestrian bridge or crossing light would be safer. We used rain sound to drown the traffic noise to sleep. Stairs would be challenging for those with limitations.

We like the location of the property. It’s around 5 minutes walk to downtown Galena. Also, the facility is clean and staff is very helpful and friendly.
The room that we got doesn’t have a restroom. So, when we used during the night, we had to unlock the digital door to get back. The lock is a little bit loud so it could wake up your partner during the sleep.

The location was walkable to Main Street for shopping and restaurants.
