Aston Kupang Hotel & Convention Center

Clean, friendly staff

Nothing, just need more menu choices. Over all good

Nice hotel for the money but more focused on business travellers. Room amd view very nice.

Pool disappointing

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, clean, comfortable and with a great view across the water.

Nothing but the food is average.

We did not really enjoy our 1night stay here. From check in process painfully slow, to the room assigned that was very run down, not clean, with stained sheets , the towels were rather a 2star place towels, overall really bad experience. I know there is no many options in Kupang but I would still recommend you find somewhere else to stay

Check in was very slow and painful. I had pre requested an extra bed for my son and it was not set up in the room. Considering we checked in late at 9pm and had to wait up to 1hr to get the extra bed. The rooms need maintenance. Bathroom was filthy, shower in poor condition, towels looked like 2 star. Main bed had very stained sheets, we were so exhausted from the long day and had a 5am wake up call so we had just no option to stay but if we would have had an earlier check in I would have left and looked for another place. Staff was also not really welcoming , friendly or supportive in anyway
