Very welcoming staff.Room was very "compact" but perfect for short stays.Excellent location for train/bus/city centre.
Lighting poor in shower space, for anyone with poor eyesight very frustrating trying to apply makeup!

Very friendly and helpful staff especially with directions. Good shower and great toiletries
Bed was a little uncomfortable and no window (but i knew that when booking, just didn't think I would miss it as much)

The location was great! The staff were really kind.
I had the single room, it was very small. No window. There was a horrible smell in the room, every couple of hours a sewage type smell would come, I think maybe from the shower drain.
