We stayed in 2 bed apartment with terrace this was all one level no problem with spiral staircase. It was very comfortable and quiet no noise from restaurants so had a good night's sleep.
Tv is not smart tv which was disappointing for the price we paid but this might just be normal in Italy. With a child would have liked option to watch Netflix etc on tv after dinner. The WiFi was good so we could stream from our tablet instead.

Excellent location in Sorrento, close to the elevator down to the water and right in the heart of the old town. Rosella very friendly and helpful to show us around apartment. Apartment very clean, large and has great kitchen facilities. Bed comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Antico Palazzo Scala. The location is excellent and the apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well situated for exploring Sorrento.
A special thank you to Rossella, who truly went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness, availability and genuine willingness to assist made a real difference to our stay.
Our only regret was that we hadn’t booked Antico Palazzo Scala for all the nights of our trip. We would gladly stay here again.
For such a spacious apartment, having only one bathroom was a little inconvenient for a family of five, but otherwise everything was excellent.
