Comfortable room with air conditioning, shared bathroom (3 separate showers) and WC (4 booths). Quite a stable wifi. In the city center, walking distance from Cathedral (4mon) and Basilica San Juan de Dios and the adjacent Monastery (12 min). If you are into walking uphill, also 15-20 min to Alhambra (although the C30 bus to Alhambra goes every 10 minutes from Plaza Isabel (4 min walk to the bus stop). Price/performance ratio: perfect for both the main sights and an abundance of restauramts and tavernas)

Very clean, spacious, and an amazing location.
Toilet cubicles were a bit small for me (I'm quite tall) but it wasn't much of a problem.

Very central.
The room faced onto plaza nueva, it was fine in day time but at night the sound of the traffic was awful , though there are double glazed windows.
I only had a small case, so the stairs were okay, but as there’s no elevator, if I had to haul a regular case up and down, that would be tough. It was not mentioned in the website.
The floor could also do with a good cleaning.
One of the plugs was falling out and it should be fixed.
