Jade was just wonderful. What a star. Helpful, friendly, worked super hard ALL OF THE TIME. Amazing. Fab kitchen. Great Wifi.
Small room without much hanging space or storage and lots of people. Mostly full with 6 people in 3 double bunks. No hanging space and stuff on the floor.

The customer service was brilliant, the lady on the desk was wonderful. The location was perfect and the drying room was on point yo dry my stuff after a very wet hike

Location was great and staff were friendly.
myself and 4 kids paid 200 for one night - a single room not much bigger than a cupboard, and 2 bunk beds in one room, where there is no hot food served and not even towels provided. In Europe 200 would get you a decent hotel. It is a general problem in the UK that holiday accommodation is very expensive and the YHA is no exception for what you get.
