Great view from our room overlooking the beach. It was nice to have a balcony.
It was quiet which we like - pool area wasn't busy (but we were staying towards the end of the season).
Room was large and spacious and room service was excellent, including a laundry service.
A nice walk along the boardwalk into the town where there were lots of nice restaurants.
It would be good if the front of the hotel could be developed into a seating area to catch the afternoon sunshine as the pool area was quite shaded after about 3pm.
No bar or restaurant meant we didn't eat at the hotel, but that was not a problem as plenty of nearby restaurants.

Everything met my expectations except we didn't have hot water in my room for 2 days. If it wasn't for that, i would have given a higher score. I loved the location. Close to restaurants but quiet. Pool and beach right at your feet. The boardwalk was adjacent to the hotel so we would have a pleasant walk to wherever we were going. We went in Sept so off season but the weather was still excellent. I would actually book again there despite the cold showers.
No hot water.

Great views of beach and bay
Orientation results in no sun on seaward balconies or on the pool.
Quite a long walk to restaurants.
Price of breakfast and that it wasn’t clear that breakfast was not included.
