This was a small Honeymoon days after getting married. The staff were exceptional, friendly and informative. As a GF individual the fact the attached pub had a separate, easy to access gluten free menu for both evening meal and breakfast was suburb and I think other facilities could learn alot from them.
The room and views of St Michael's Mount were breathtaking, our room had a separate living area which provided exceptional views of the monument and we spent hours just watching the sea.
Overall, could not fault this hotel and we will being using it again in the future, so thank you for a relaxing few days away to allow us to unwind post being married.
Really minor, hot water cut off in the shower on the odd occasion.
Not a fault of the hotel but closest parking being a paid long stay car park.

Location
We were told free parking when we book this hotel and the staff from front desk. We have three rooms and two cars. The staff told us to park in the exclusive hotel parking area. She said both car plate has been recorded. No one told us there is any potential charges from the car park!
We have been charged for 40 penalty after we checked out. The picture showed us that we did not pay for the public parking space which we were told included in the room rate. The hotel then replied us that rooms booked via their website is free but not for booking via booking.com!!! We would have pay 14 pounds to the car park if the staff tell us about it. We now have to pay 80 pounds penalty by mislead from hotel staff. Unbelievable experiences
