I liked everything - best hotel i have been so far!!
The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, big, with all the amenities you could ask for.
The hotel is centrally located and the design is superb.
Delicious breakfast!!!

The initial room assigned felt crammed and much smaller than the 50sqm stated on the booking. After requesting for a room change the new room was much more spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is actually quite small with very limited facilities but the best part is that it is located right next to the Intercontinental hotel and Indigo guests can also enjoy the breakfast buffet next door.
Did not like to first assigned room

Location as in ancient town. Attentive staff.
Breakfast variety was disappointed. Dirt on coffee table base, and floor seems not vacuumed when checked in. Also on 2nd day after we returned during night. We hv 2 rooms exclusively on Level 2, and the crumbs and dirt outside the rooms still there too. Cant expect this from a 5-star IHG group of hotels.
