Extremely charming and quiet hotel in an otherwise chaotic area. Nicely decorated rooms and a beautiful pool area and with direct access to the beach and the bongo shack which was our favorite places to chill during the day.
We loved everything about the property, but the music from Baga and Calangute beach can be heard in the evenings.

Cleanliness, food and the staff were really good!
The rooms felt a bit damp.

beautiful property near the beach. Walking distance to the beach, lovely pool, lovely stone statues and antique furniture. Plenty of good eateries around, Loved to eat at Baga Deck. So peaceful and calm, can have a candle light dinner by the sea.
can provide a table to keep suitcases.

Resort setup is good, attached to beach
It is winter and there was no hot water , after keeping the tap on for 20mins, luke warm water was coming, major reason for us to dislike this place, we stayed th there for 2 days and my wife couldn’t take bath as there was no hot water
