Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast spread has sufficient varieties. Room rates are reasonable. Amper parking. Has a children corner near to Munich café. Can control ac temperature in the room.
First arrival experience is muted. Should place a hospitality personnel to make atmosphere more welcoming. Personnel at the counter are friendly but not vibrate.

Breakfast was reasonable not great. I booked a two room unit. I expected two rooms with a living area. However, the living room was also the first room, actually it was more like a one bedroom unit. Cleanliness is acceptable.
Space could have been a little bigger. No coffee house, no room service and basement parking was limited.
