Total disaster and disgust! Spoiled Holiday memories. Extremely Dirty, broken. Absolutely overpriced. Please, Never ever

The location

Total disaster! It was so!!! dirty , I was afraid to use the bathroom and touch the door handles. Balcony door was broken. I’m ok with old furnitures, but it should be clean. Stinky room with cigarettes and ashtray in a non-Smoking room? Dirty windows, spit on mirrors, visible dust like spider webs, fingerprints and crambles, sticky stains all over. No parking space, very complex check in. I wrote about problems to the Ritter. No answer, I called, he came and said can’t do anything abt it, no changing rooms available, no discounts, no money back. I was waiting for problems to be solved for abt 2 hours. Trash on the loan. Next day was my birthday. We woke up at 5am and sprinted away from the property. Totally spoiled mood and Holliday. Imagine - no shower after long day! We traveled for a week, each night new place for the price up to 100€. Here price with tax 133 euro for 1 night. I felt like in India, not in Germany(.

It was ok

Apartment was overall ok and clean. Furniture overall a bit dated but maintained. Mattress was good, and the Indoor Pool too.

Kitchen equipment was just ok. There was nothing available in terms of salt, pepper etc. You need to bring absolutely everything from home, something to keep in mind. Location was too far away from shops, supermarkets and restos for my liking. Getting the keys was weird. The building reception was not staffed, and when I called the contact, he was unhappy that I hadn't picked up the keys from a village nearby. However, I wasn't made aware of this in the Booking App.

Very good

The apartment was very good, clean and comfortable. The contact person Mr. Ritter was always available on phone and friendly. The location is amazing and peaceful.

El apartamento es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario.

La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba y esa sala estaba muy fría. El tema del parking es confuso.
