the breakfast room gives a panoramic view of the city. Breakfast is good with lots of things to choose. There is a restaurant called Gobi about 5 minutes walking downhill which serves good quality Georgian food better than those in the touristic area near Freedom Square. You will find it via Google map,
The double room without window (there is a window opening at very high level just below the ceiling) is spacious but needs a bit of updating in the bathroom to remove the mould caused by condensation.

Location and the view are the best features. Breakfast is traditional to the country, but you do not know what it is until you try.
It needs a major makeover. We had signs of electric fire on the wall near the bed. Not even painted over. All the decorations are pealing from the walls. And you really ask for a roll of toilet paper. The price of the room USD 85. I stayed at better motels for much less.
