One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the front office team to the room service staff, everyone was warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The excellent service and attention to guests truly enhanced our overall experience.
The only downside during our one-night stay was that there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room. Unfortunately, our infant was badly affected and received several mosquito bites, which was disappointing. We did not expect this in a fully air-conditioned room. We also noticed that the bathroom sink drained very slowly, which was a minor inconvenience. We hope the hotel addresses these issues, as the overall stay and service were otherwise excellent.

All good amazing food
We stayed at 234. 236 and 226
I would like to raise a serious concern about our experience in Room 228.
When we were about to leave the hotel, we were told that one towel was missing. However, the reality is that the hotel had provided us with only one towel in the room, and we used our own towels during our stay. We therefore did not take or use any additional hotel towel.
Despite explaining this, we were asked to stop and we were made to feel as though we had taken something from the room. We were also told that our bags could be charged if the item was not found. This was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing, especially when we had done nothing wrong.
We understand that hotels need to check their rooms and belongings, but the way this situation was handled was not appropriate. Being stopped and questioned in this manner at the end of an otherwise enjoyable stay left us feeling humiliated and uncomfortable.
I hope the management will investigate what happened, including how many towels were actually provided to Room 228, and take steps to ensure that other guests are not put through a similar experience.
Unfortunately, this incident significantly affected our overall hotel experience.
