Quirky accommodation with great location and friendly welcoming staff. It made our brief stay in Lisbon very enjoyable and look forward to returning.
Room had a slight 'dampness' smell - noticeable on entering, but soon forgot about it.
The Booking.com site was hacked - and all my reservation details seemed to be be available to hackers. This was not a fault of the accommodation, but seemed to be from the booking site.

Loved Suzanna as a host, she was amazing in her approach and absolutely brilliant with her trivia in lisbon and around. No compaints whatsoever on her side.
Something honestly I felt even though it had a beautiful quaint look which I definitely liked, there were a lot of basic issues. Every knob i touch was almost faling off, hot water took a very long time to come through during baths, lighting was a big struggle to work with, and no cupboards made it really hard as well. Aesthetics is one of the good important part of a property, but definitely not everything.

Location is excellent, team are super helpful and really quick at replying to messages
Some rooms get very hot and when you open the window, you get all the noise from the street outside which can be loud late at night. Curtains are also quite thin so let in a lot of light

The location was great.
The kitchen utensils were heavily damaged ( pots and pans)
