Not enough toiletries

Alex Hills Hotel has a lot to offer as far as fun ! There is something on every night to entertain you. I went to the Quiz night and a male dance revue and also went 10 pin bowling on the property. Never bored and the food was excellent.
House keeping could be improved, I was there for a week and I had to ring to have my bin emptied as it was overlooked , and my bed wasn't made each day.

Good options. Adult sizes big, no option for smaller sizes

Breakfast was good when we eventually received it.
Opening doors to balcony would not open until fixed by management. Replishment of shampoos, conditioner etc. did not occur neither were coffee sachets. Dirty teacups were not replaced. Room service breakfast menu was not collected for one of our days and therefore breakfast was not delivered until Reception was notified.
