Bad experience but staff were available to help

The staff are friendly and willing to help

I had a bad experience with this property: the mattress springs were noticeable, there was no hot water in either the shower or the jacuzzi (the apartment's main feature), and the area is too noisy (you can hear everything form the bedroom). Therefore, we agreed to cancel the reservation earlier than planned. I am waiting to receive a refund for the canceled days.

The nightmare Apartment from the 1980s.

I liked that the location of the Apartment and the amenities nearby.

The bed was uncomfortable and too low to the floor and the bed was frame was uneven. The bathroom had a bad mildew odor throughout my 15 day rental period. The bathroom was cramped and extremely uncomfortable. There was no hot water available in the bathroom or kitchen sinks. The bathroom shower was cramped and the shower head was poorly maintained and produced poor water pressure. The washer/dryer unit was ill placed and at times was difficult to comfortably use. All of the Furniture in the Apartment was extremely old and poorly maintained. In the bedroom the electrical power outlet next to the bed did work and needs replacement/repair. During heavy rains, water leaked from the roof and ran down the wall in the bedroom. The extremely tiny and ill placed room safe was bolted to the interior bottom of the bedroom closet and could only be accessed by sitting, lying or kneeling on the floor. The safe was extremely inadequate to store ones valuables. The Apartment lacked adequate kitchen supplies. The kitchen had child sized cutlery. The kitchen lacked adequate pots, pans and cooking utensils. When told of the Apartment problems, the building management ignored the problems, disregarded the problems, made excuses and at times were simply unresponsive to concerns/complaints.

Ubicación.El muchacho que entrega la habitación, explica todo muy bien, y llega a la hora que uno le pide.

La cama era muy dura, se paga un dinero extra si llegas después de media noche y si sales antes de las 9am.

Location

The jacuzzi was the main reason we chose this place but there was never enough hot water to use it. We even boiled some water but it wasn’t enough- when we messaged the host he was very rude and extremely unprofessional in his messages. We also advised we were arriving between 2-3 and the didn’t arrive with keys until 3- we were there at 2:30 and someone let us in but we had to wait for someone else. We agreed on check out at 11 and we had to wait until 11:30 for them. Very unpleasant host experience
