Lovely central place to stay.
Didn't realise by prepaying we didn't get room service. But Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing! Great service.

Location and cleanliness great. Rm25 had been renovated tasteful.
No information on facilities available. The TCL TV was impossible to activate. Some advice would be helpful.

Putting water into the electric kettle and the coffee sachets not easy to open.

The restaurant was great. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast there. This was the most outstanding feature of the hotel. Lovely position and good views.
The corridors and exterior looked extremely tired and a bit dirty. The rooms themselves just a little tired though comfortable enough.
