The self-checkin and staff were amazing. For the money the value is good, you pretty much get a clean room which is all that I need. The only note I have is sounds in the corridor can be heard from my room. I woke up to people showering above me… but that’s the price for cheap.

I had challenges with the aircon and the staff went above and beyond with helping me. Mitch, Shannen and Marimar (aka Mary) are amazing!
I know there are no windows but really windows will be nice, impossible for the building though!

Good location. Excellent fridge. Staff overall including cleaning lady and WhatsApp support EXCELLENT. Nice decor in apartment. Good shower with products. Free washing machine facilities. Great access for us (104) via external of building. Luggage store available. Somebody took the luggage to our room.
Checkin overly complicated. Had to change phone setting to make it work. Apartment too small to open cases. Bed only accessible from one side. TV only had netflix but we didn't use it anyway. Didn't like glass door on bathroom. Luggage facility not lockable. Staff didn't tell us they had moved luggage
