Art focus, very clean and super location.
It was noisy at night because no soundproofing in a busy area where there is a lot of nightlife.

The location, the staff and the facilites at the Aparthotel Arai were excellent.
Our room was on the second floor and from 2am-5.30/6.00am it was SO noisy from the street. People going home from the bars, yelling, and bottles smashing. It was pretty bad.
