Excellent bed & breakfast, run directly by its owner, Pola, who is wonderful: very friendly and warm with her guests, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast is small but delicious. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and we felt right at home. It's a German-style guesthouse where you can leave your things and help yourself to something in the evening. They also have board games for the night, and a fireplace that makes the whole place feel cozy. It's very close to restaurants and the best attractions in Pucón. There's also a beautiful, sweet border collie. Our experience was a 10 out of 10. We recommend it 100%, especially for couples who want to relax and enjoy their stay.

Abit too cold

It is a very nice and cozy place to stay in Pucon. Walter the owner is very welcoming and friendly and I enjoyed the many chats we had about Chile and motorcycles. He has a nice wood burning stove in the common area that also provides heat to the rooms so staying there during a few cold and rainy days was really nice. And Walter makes a very nice breakfast each morning.

Hot water could be a little warmer.
