Twin room was large and hotel overall in good order and welcoming. Staff great.
However a few issues in the room, which were mentioned. Rate not including breakfast felt steep.
I had a booking issue and hotel manager dragged feet to resolve and didn’t respond to emails which meant they didn’t help me in the end. Frustrating.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The food was excellent.
The location was ideal for us close to the shops and the lovely walk along the river

Room modern clean. Good location
Food.. curry was disgusting, didn’t eat again at the hotel. Rooms cold, I think I should’ve asked heating to come on before 5:30pm. Lounge plain, cold and lacked atmosphere.
