The properties pools were excellent and the grounds were beautifully maintained.
The bathroom was slightly older and had some leaks and signs of rusting but it is an older property.

The location was so peaceful despite being 15 mins from the centre of Ubud and a wide range of restaurants
There could be more towels at the pool throughout the day

Lovely spacious and comfortable room in good location. But the garden setting and views from the pool are quite spectacular
Infestation of ants on the back door step. Garden staff failed to apply spray to get rid of them.

Great location. Lovely view, comfortable bed and large rom.
There was no umbrellas or shade down and the lower pool. When I went there we no pool towels, only wet ones, and the pool needs a good clean, it had algae on the bottom..I didn't put my head under the water.
My bathroom was a bit weird. Bad layout of where the shower door opens, towel hooks not in a place to easily reach when getting out of shower, and you can't step onto the bath mat because the shower door is too low and pushes the towel out of the way
