Plenty of parking, close to food options, room was large and the bed was comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities, little table and chairs out back door .
Not much

The location suited us.
My first allocated room had an unlocked internal door to an adjoining room. Security and safety alert. I was told the motel was fully booked. I asked for my additional room to be changed to the one next door. This was done but I was charged an extra $60 despite there only being one person in the room. Although I requested the same rooms as last year, there did not seem to be a record of this, and I had received no response from the motel prior to arriving.
During the day on Saturday it was noisy with workers outside and on the roof. They phoned me 3 times to contact them, presumably about the payment. I originally used Booking.com.
When we left, and I paid the extra money, the person on reception spoke very little English, and could not understand me. New owner/operators.
This was a repeat booking from 2025, so I was somewhat disappointed.
It seems renovation or repairs were underway, so improvements are likely.
