The room was an excellent size with comfortable beds and a magnificent view of the town. The old world grandeur of the property is appealing and the location is brilliant. Sitting on the terrace with a Pisco sour was wonderful.
We were there is low season and it was very quiet. There was some maintenance to do and it was good to see repairs being carried out.
I'd suggest the staff could have uniforms. They were friendly and accommodating but a uniform would better suit the role.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful suggesting where to explore and how to do so. The room was cozy and the bed was like a cloud. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Great location, wonderful breakfast, very good staff.
TV is small and not very well located inside the room, the decor of the room could be better.

Spa, terrace and restaurant below were fantastic. Location was good. Breakfast was pretty decent.
One of the days we had no hot water and reception didn’t help even when we asked, on the days it did work the water pressure kept dipping and the drain filled quickly, taking a while to drain. TV couldn’t get in English. Our room was small and not like the photos shown. Overall very overrated and expensive hotel for what it was.
